戴源德,男,工学博士,金沙威尼斯欢乐娱人城金沙威尼斯欢乐娱人城副教授硕士生导师。江西省土木建筑学会暖通空调热能动力专业委员会委员、中国机械工业教育协会高等工程教育制冷与低温学科教学委员会委员、中国制冷学会创新大赛评审委员会委员。

近年来主要从事制冷剂替代、制冷空调系统节能与优化以及热泵应用新技术研究;发表学术论文80余篇,其中SCI/EI收录30余篇,授权实用新型专利4件。主持完成教育部产学合作协同育人项目1项和江西省高等学校教学改革研究课题1项;主讲的本科生课程《制冷与低温原理》连续多次获得金沙威尼斯欢乐娱人城授课质量优秀奖或优秀提名奖,指导学生获得国家级学科竞赛奖励多次,获评江西省优秀硕士学位论文指导老师和金沙威尼斯欢乐娱人城优秀本科生导师,获得过江铃奖教金和阿甘红牛奖教金
